Just days before Thanksgiving, a large ocean-going 40 foot container sent by SOS arrived at its destination in Madina, Sierra Leone. Everyone at SOS celebrated with thankful hearts that this shipment had reached Madina where the medical supplies and equipment sent will furnish a brand new hospital in a region with no access to healthcare. Founder of Madina School, Francis, is beyond grateful. “What a blessing the SOS mission is to the world. I feel as though Bobbie (cofounder and wife) and I have found friends and support partners in our mission.” Words like these fill our hearts with joy! SOS is so thankful for being part of this beautiful project that will deliver health and hope to so many kids and teenagers in a very isolated rural region.
